My background

I recall sitting at the first table reading of this play. It was humorous, horrific and heartfelt all in one. I was in tears at the end as I read the closing words by Dr. Endesha Ida Mae Holland, completely hooked. This play changed me each night I played the characters, most def for the better.

Awww...this pic collage! It captures the multiple character identities we portrayed in this 3 woman show.
Nyasha, the good and ever kind daughter in this tale was such a pleasure to play. She made me feel light with every note I sang lol! Corny, I know but still the best feeling I got to share with the little nuggets (kids) that came to every show, it never got old.
What a cast to travel the states with, so talented and giving to the young faces and hearts every day, on cue! Without fail.
I think my face says exactly how I felt about performing as MOUSE every day for the little bright-eyed nuggets at every show!!!!
When you have your friends by your side anything is possible lol!!!!!!!
